Shipping Policy

We cannot wait for you to get your Switchables order! ❤ We are making sure that everyone's orders are carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner. Our processing time is currently 1 to 3 business days before your order will ship. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information with the most up to date status of your order as well as delivery notifications.  

Standard Shipping: Once your order ships usps ground advantage class, it will take 2 to 8 business days for delivery within the United Stated based on how far you are from Massachusetts. Please note in 2025 and 2026 there have been changes within the Post Office system and some packages may take up to 12 days to be delivered. 

Express Shipping: Once your order ships, it will take an estimated time of 2 to 5 business days for delivery either via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.  Please note UPS does not deliver on the weekends. 

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order departs from our warehouse, orders may experience delays due to safety measures, increased volume, and staffing issues all shipping carriers are experiencing in relation changes within the Post Office and UPS directly.  Please reach out to UPS or USPS should you have any questions regarding your delivery status.
