Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: We try to ship next business day. Please note that during holidays it may take up to 3 days to ship your order.
Q: If I choose Express Shipping, when will I receive my order?
A: Express Shipping means once your order is packed (up to 3 business days to pack and ship) then we will ship via USPS Priority Mail OR UPS. Whichever service notes the fastest times (1 to 4 business days). Weekends and Holidays excluded.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Massachusetts. Please note that means if you live on the west coast, shipping could take up to 5 business days for Express. 5-7 business days for Standard.
Q: The Rotating plug does not fit in my outlet. The prongs are on the wrong side. How do I fix it?
A: Both our Ivory and White Rotating bases rotate to fit in anyone's outlet in the US or Canada. Simply hold the prongs of the plug with one hand and turn. the prongs will turn 360 degrees. If easier, plug in the base sideways or upside down, and holding the bottom of the base, simply turn so the base is facing upwards. Please note our Auto Plug does not rotate.
Q: Can I return my order at anytime?
A: Items/Orders can be returned up to 30 days from purchase. Please note restocking and re-boxing fees may be applied. Shipping is not refunded. Product costs will be refunded for items in new unused condition still in box.
